Obviously we prefer our customers to deal direct with our vendors on RMA issues where possible. This is purely to decrease the turnaround time of the replacement back to you. Although if you prefer to return back to ASL then please continue to fill out the online ASL RMA form, the link for which can be found at the bottom of this page, with a detailed fault description.
When completing an RMA form you must include:
Product code.
Serial number.
Fault description.
Invoice number.
Purchase date.
A Returns Authorisation Number (RMA no.) will be issued within 48 hours on receipt of a completed form. A returns label will be faxed to you with your RMA please attach this to the outside of the box being returned. RMA Numbers are valid for a maximum of 10 working days of issuing. All items for return must be complete with their respective manuals, cables and disks. Items suffering from physical damage must be reported to customer services within 24 hours of receipt. Subsequent returns will be rejected if not supported by a customer services report.
