RMA

All goods suspected of being faulty should have a completed RMA Form and a copy of the invoice faxed on +44 (0) 1623 473017

You must include product code, serial number, description of fault, invoice number and purchase date.

A Returns Authorisation Number (RMA no.) will be issued within 48 hours on receipt of a completed form.

A returns label will be faxed to you with your RMA please attach this to the outside of the box being returned. RMA Numbers are valid for a maximum of 10 working days of issuing.

All items for return must be complete with their respective manuals, cables and disks.

Items suffering from physical damage must be reported to customer services within 24 hours of receipt. Subsequent returns will be rejected if not supported by a customer services report.

RMA request forms

To request an RMA number you need to fill in an RMA form. You can either download the RMA form  complete the form and then fax the printed form back to ASL, or fill in the online rma form.
